Northmoth policy

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Northmoth collects, why we collect it, and how we handle data for our AI tools.

Last updated: May 22, 2026

1. Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, such as email addresses, waitlist messages, account details, and the form inputs you submit to AI tools like Parallel Life Lab.

We may collect product usage data, device and browser information, approximate location derived from network data, referral pages, and basic event analytics to understand product demand and prevent abuse.

2. How we use information

We use information to operate Northmoth, generate AI reports, store your results, manage access to paid features, prevent spam or abuse, improve product quality, and communicate with you when needed.

For Parallel Life Lab, your raw form input is used to generate your report. Public share links should show report content, not your raw form data.

3. AI providers and processors

We may send relevant prompts and user-provided inputs to AI model providers in order to generate outputs. We try to send only what is needed for the requested feature.

We use third-party services for hosting, database, authentication, analytics, email, and payments. These services process data for us under their own security and privacy practices.

4. Payments

When Paddle Checkout is enabled, Paddle processes payment details, taxes, invoices, and buyer support as merchant of record. Northmoth does not store full card numbers.

We may store payment status, product access records, transaction identifiers, plan names, and customer email addresses so we can unlock paid features and support purchases.

5. Data retention and security

We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and improve products.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no internet service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

6. Your choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where legally applicable. Some records may need to be retained for payment, security, or legal reasons.

You can choose not to submit sensitive information. You should not submit medical emergencies, secrets, or information you would be uncomfortable storing in a private product database.

7. Contact

Privacy questions can be sent to hello@northmoth.com.
